After struggling to slim down for years, she's finally reached her goal weight.

And Jessica Simpson's new-found confidence is apparent in her fashion choices.

Clearly wanting to be seen - and display her svelte shape - the 33-year-old singer stepped out in a bright orange mini dress as she and her fiance Eric Johnson left a friend's baby shower at The Churchill in Los Angeles on Sunday.

Elongating her sculpted legs, the blonde bombshell teamed her plunging tangerine frock with a pair of nude platform stilettos.

Her hair was glamorously styled half up in curls, flowing past her dangling gold earrings that matched perfectly with her structured metallic handbag.

No doubt, Eric, 49, was proud of his fiancee's weight-loss success.

The former American football player kept a firm grip on Jessica's hand as they made their way to their car.

Letting the mother-of-two shine, Eric dressed down in a black shirt and black trousers, which he topped off with a grey zip-up sweater.

Feeling much more casual than his other half, Eric also sported a baseball hat and trainers.

Jessica - who lost 50lbs following her first pregnancy - announced her exciting weightloss news on Wednesday.

Earlier in the day she had posted a picture of herself in a figure-hugging white dress with the caption: 'First time rocking a white dress this year . . . but not the last!!Thanks @weightwatchers!'

The With You singer followed with a selfie in which she bravely chose to wear white, the least slimming shade, saying: '... AND a white T-shirt!! #goalreached thx @weightwatchers.'

While Jessica is happy with her weight loss, she seems to have a healthy relationship with her body, whatever the size.

'This body made two amazing little human beings. I love this body and what it's capable of - no matter what size,' Jessica said in a previous Weight Watchers ad. 'But this version feels really good.'
